The RSC Chorus rehearsed for “Star-Spangled Music Day” on Aug. 27 outside the Fine Arts Building.
The chorus will perform a revised version of “The Star-Spangled Banner” with local high school choirs on the 200th anniversary of the song.
Music Professor Tracey Gregg-Boothby said she and the chorus were checking the acoustics of the area and lines of sight for the audience. The concert will be at 12:45 p.m. on Sept. 12 in the campus mall.
